SUMMARY:
Group Internal Audit Manager
Manufacturing Group | South Africa (with travel)
A fast-growing, privately owned manufacturing group with both local and international operations is seeking a Group Internal Audit Manager to lead its internal audit and risk assurance function.
This is a senior, independent role reporting directly to the Founder / Group CEO with a dotted line to the Audit Committee. The role focuses on providing objective assurance across the Group’s governance, financial controls, operations, compliance, systems, tax, and risk management.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

8–12+ years’ internal audit, external audit or risk experience
Experience in complex multi-entity environments
Manufacturing, FMCG or similar industry experience advantageous
CA(SA), CIA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification required
Strong analytical ability and executive-level communication skills

Key competencies:

Strong independence and professional scepticism
Ability to operate across diverse business functions
High attention to detail and strong reporting capability
Comfortable engaging at executive and Audit Committee level

Periodic travel to group operations will be required.
