SUMMARY:
Group Management Accountant – JSE Listed Company

POSITION INFO:
An industry-leading, JSE-listed organisation is looking for a dynamic individual who brings both expertise and enthusiasm as well as being a qualified CA(SA) with strong technical expertise to join its finance team as a Group Management Accountant.

This role offers the chance to thrive in a high-performing environment, contribute to group-level reporting, and play an active part in strategic decision-making. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who brings both professional excellence and positive energy to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse group management accounts and financial reports
Consolidate results across multiple entities
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
Ensure compliance with IFRS and company reporting standards
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification (essential)
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ post-articles experience in a management accounting or group reporting role
Consolidations (minimum 20 – 30 entities as a requirement)
Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
Experience in a JSE-listed or large corporate environment will be advantageous
