We have an exciting career opportunity for a Group Manager: iGaming & Sportsbetting in Johannesburg to join one of the longest established gaming testing labs in the world! You will direct and manage designated resources and manage complex projects that involve other members of staff. Your key job responsibilities as the Group Manager: iGaming & Sportsbetting in Johannesburg will include:

Supporting, developing, and managing the internet gambling and sportsbetting resources and areas
Providing technical support, training, and leadership to the regional staff and clients
Ensuring the quality of internet gambling testing areas by supervising, promoting and enforcing their adherence to standards and procedures
Assist the PSD Manager in reviewing team time slips weekly and monthly invoicing process for customers
Reviewing and ensuring the quality of client status and DIRT reports before they are sent to clients
Scheduling and running weekly project meetings
Performing continuous staff reviews for team members and giving them regular feedback on their performance
Project Manage all internet gambling and sports betting application testing projects
Attending technical committee meetings, updating test methods and scripts, compilation of test plans, ensure accurate project scoping, conduct related technical reviews
Support BDT / Sales teams with scoping for proposals and details on internet and sportsbetting testing projects. And attend customers meeting as request/ required
Ensure availability of Laboratory testing tools
Completing the tasks to agreed deadlines and within budget

Requirements for this Group Manager: iGaming & Sportsbetting job in Johannesburg:

3 year Degree Electronic/ IT / Computer Science /Higher Diploma or Equivalent IT qualifications
3+ years relevant experience in Compliance testing of Gambling Systems, preferably internet gambling and Sports Betting applications or Equivalent
Any Information Security System (ISS) audit skills will be an added advantage
At least two (2) years’ experience working in networks security testing
Penetration experience at a higher level than just running automated tools
