Exciting Opportunity for a Group Finance Manager CA(SA) that is operationally involved within a plant or manufacturing company

A leading manufacturing company that forms part of a well know group that has focused on the industry for over 70 years is seeking an exceptional Group Financial Manager: Operations to form part of the team. As the Group Financial Manager, you will be involved with the full finance function of 3 different factories and to consolidate the financial results.

As the Group Financial Manager, you will need exposure with different aspects of operational finance within the business. You will lead a dynamic financial team and report directly to the CFO and be involved with strategic business decisions.

Duties will Include but are not limited to:

Review and consolidation of monthly financial reports.
Monitor budgets to ensure that spending occurs as planned and that variances are anticipated.
Cash flow management
Implementing strategic operational business plans
Improve operational systems, processes and policies
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence

Skills & Experience

CA(SA)

Ten years post article experience

Five-year managerial experience

Experience within a manufacturing or agriculture company will be beneficial.
