Qualifications, skills & experience required:

• Qualified CA(SA) with completed articles
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel & MS Office
• Passion for working with systems and building automation into reporting processes
• Experience in the financial services industry
• A self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented
• Strong communicator who can present data clearly and effectively

• Design and develop management reports combining financial and operational data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with MIS, IT, and divisional teams to streamline reporting and automation
• Analyse business trends, identify anomalies, and drive insights for informed decision-making
• Create compelling presentations and reports for key stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• Play a key role in ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and special strategic initiatives
