SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in luxury hospitality? A prestigious hospitality group, renowned for its portfolio of award-winning lodges and hotels, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive service standards, oversee multi-property operations, and lead high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple high-end properties.
Ensure alignment with brand standards, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor property GMs and HODs.
Conduct regular site visits and audits.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and profitability.
Coordinate renovations, openings, and special projects.
Report to the Group Director and work closely with Sales, HR, and Finance teams.

POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in senior hospitality operations, ideally across multiple 5-star locations.
Experience in luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or safari operations.
Strong leadership, people management, and financial acumen.
Flexibility to travel frequently (both domestic and regional).
Hands-on, solutions-driven, and adaptable.
Relevant hospitality management qualification preferred.
