Group Operations Manager

SUMMARY:

A prestigious hospitality group, renowned for its portfolio of award-winning lodges and hotels, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive service standards, oversee multi-property operations, and lead high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple high-end properties.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor property GMs and HODs.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and profitability.
• Coordinate renovations, openings, and special projects.
• Report to the Group Director and work closely with Sales, HR, and Finance teams.

POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in senior hospitality operations, ideally across multiple 5-star locations.
• Experience in luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or safari operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and financial acumen.
• Flexibility to travel frequently (both domestic and regional).
• Hands-on, solutions-driven, and adaptable.
• Relevant hospitality management qualification preferred.
