Group Procurement Specialist

SUMMARY:
A growing, multi-country business is seeking to appoint a Group Procurement Coordinator to be based at its Mauritius office, acting as the central procurement execution hub for operations across Africa.
The Group Procurement Coordinator will manage the end-to-end procurement process, supporting in-country teams by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, coordinating international shipments, and managing invoicing.

POSITION INFO:

This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple markets and managing moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain
• Exposure to multi-country / cross-border procurement environments
• Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Business One highly advantageous)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
