SUMMARY:
Our client, situated in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, is looking for a Group Product Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Qualification - Food Technologist degree/diploma
Min 5 years’ experience in the Baking/Confectionery/ FMCG environment
Sound experience with design & development of new products as well as process implementation/Improvement of products & packaging
Experience with factory trials
Good knowledge of BRC requirements and legislation
Excellent client liaison skills and knowledge of marketing/trade shows etc.
