POSITION INFO:

Group Consolidation & Reporting
Drive the full consolidation of multiple entities into a unified, insightful group picture.
Deliver precise, timely financial statements that meet the highest compliance standards.
IFRS Mastery
Be our in-house IFRS expert. Stay current on evolving standards and ensure compliance across the group.
Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Take ownership of the HFM platform. Optimize performance, ensure data integrity, and enhance the reporting experience across all business units.
Financial Storytelling
Translate data into strategic insight. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual group reports that not only inform but enable confident decision-making.
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with executive leadership, cross-border finance teams, and auditors. Bring clarity and confidence to complex financial discussions.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and embed automation. Drive efficiency and scalability across the reporting function.
Governance & Risk Management
Ensure robust financial controls and governance frameworks are maintained. Safeguard accuracy and transparency in all reporting activities.
Mergers & Acquisitions Integration
Support the seamless financial integration of acquisitions. Align new entities with group reporting structures quickly and effectively.
Data Integrity Stewardship
Champion high-quality, consistent data across systems. Detect discrepancies, resolve anomalies, and ensure continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management and group reporting, ideally within complex, multi-entity organizations.
Deep understanding of IFRS and experience implementing changes across business units.
Advanced expertise in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and other consolidation/reporting platforms.
Proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis capabilities.
Working knowledge of Pastel and experience with ERP systems.
A track record of delivering accurate and insightful financial reports to executive stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when simplifying complex data for non-financial audiences.
