ð¤ Salary: R1400/R1500 000.00 per annum
ð Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years post-articles experience in technical accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFRS, multi-entity environments, and financial statement preparation, combined with operational acumen and the ability to lead projects, manage complex deal structures, and drive strategic initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
â Key Responsibilities

ð Group Consolidations & Reporting

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.

ð Technical Accounting & Compliance

Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards.
Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

âï¸ Operational Leadership

Partner with business units to improve financial processes and controls.
Drive operational efficiency and support decision-making through accurate reporting.

ð Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

Lead financial projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and integration of new entities.
Support deal-making and structuring activities, including due diligence and financial modeling.

ð¤ Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with senior leadership, auditors, and external advisors.
Present financial results and insights to executive management and the board.

ð Qualifications & Experience

â Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
ð 8–10 years post-articles experience, with strong technical accounting expertise.
Proven experience in multi-entity group reporting and IFRS compliance.
Exposure to deal structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and project management.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
