SUMMARY:
A well-established organisation within the property investment space is looking for a technically strong Group Reporting Manager to take ownership of consolidated reporting and regulatory compliance. This role suits a detail-driven individual with solid experience in group structures and listed environments.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
This role will be responsible for overseeing the full group reporting function, ensuring that financial information is accurate, compliant, and delivered within required timelines. You will manage the preparation of consolidated financial results and play a key role in producing both interim and annual reports. The position involves analysing financial performance, comparing actuals to budgets, and providing clear insights to senior stakeholders. You will also lead the external audit process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of queries. In addition, the role requires staying up to date with accounting developments and ensuring their correct application across the group.

Skills & Experience:
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group financial results
Ensure all reporting complies with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Deliver monthly and periodic reporting packs with variance analysis and insights
Manage relationships with auditors and coordinate year-end audit processes
Oversee tax-related reporting and ensure regulatory submissions are accurate and timely
Interpret and apply new accounting standards within the reporting framework
Several years’ experience in a group reporting or technical accounting role
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting frameworks
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting systems
High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
