SUMMARY:
Group Rewards and Remuneration Manager
To lead the development, implementation and management of rewards, remuneration and payroll strategies that support the Company objectives, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organisational culture and strategic plans

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements comprehensive reward strategies
• Regularly reviews and benchmarks remuneration to maintain market competitiveness
• Oversees payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Ensures compliance with all labour laws, tax requirements and regulatory stds
• Manages the rewards and payroll budget
• Prepares regular reports and presentations on remuneration metrics, program effectiveness, and budget adherence for senior management review
• Designs reward programs that support employee engagement and retention, aligning with broader talent management goals
• Implements recognition programs to reinforce a positive culture and enhance employee satisfaction

• Advanced knowledge of payroll systems
• Knowledge of HR information systems
