SUMMARY:
We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the technology sector to find a hands-on Group Risk & Compliance Manager.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group’s risk management frameworks — ensuring risk is not just managed, but embedded across every line of business. You’ll drive alignment between business strategy, governance standards, and regulatory requirements, fostering a strong, accountable risk culture across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned in-house risk professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, someone who can balance strategic oversight with practical implementation and influence stakeholders at every level.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related discipline (postgraduate or professional certification advantageous, e.g. IRMSA)
8–10 years’ corporate risk experience, including strong in-house exposure (essential)
Proven success embedding frameworks across group or multi-entity structures
Deep understanding of South African corporate governance (King IV)
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution
