SUMMARY:
Group Risk Compliance Analyst (CONTRACT) (JHB or CPT)

POSITION INFO:
Our client within the financial services industry is seeking to employ an experienced Risk / Compliance Analyst.
Ideal candidate must have a eye for detail and provide risk based internal monitoring of compliance with AML code and FSC rulebook. You will be responsible to provide a comprehensive monitoring and reporting line to Executive relating to compliance, money laundering and risk.
Qualifications & experience:
Relevant degree
3 - 5 years experience in regulatory compliance with operational experience within investment admin, investment services, risk
Excellent communications skills
Ability to train and develop knowledge and skills
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Reporting: Prepare regular reports of all monitoring programs - summarizing key issues, results, conclusions and actions taken.Ã¢Â€Â¨
Produce quarterly reports for Group Board meetings
Update GoAML on a monthly basis and review correspondence & noticesÃ¢Â€Â¨
Report on any tests and audits completed e.g. annual Investec, clear desk policy and sampling of files with outsourced Compliance officer.Ã¢Â€Â¨
Report and monitor all incidents and ensure all documents are up to date.
Staff training of all compliance & data protection, internal audit, BBBEE with compliserve, etc
