SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established organisation with international operations and a strong presence in the farming sector is seeking a group tax and financial accountant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
D uties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Develop, maintain, and review transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and transfer pricing requirements Review and analyse the management accounts of multiple business units within the group Prepare and consolidate monthly group management reports and financial information Coordinate and manage year-end audit processes, ensuring timely delivery of audit requirements and supporting documentation Ensure financial reporting and accounting practices are aligned with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements Provide technical accounting guidance and support for complex transactions and annual financial reporting Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, and loan accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency across the group Manage financial reporting across local and international operations Prepare and review group consolidated results Compile reporting packs for corporate stakeholders Prepare annual financial statements Produce management reports and financial insights Draft reports for board and governance committees Maintain group cash flow forecasts Assist with mergers and acquisition activities Support executive stakeholder presentations Qualification: CA(SA) non-negotiable Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
