Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg

Travel: Occasional travel to Kyalami and within Southern Africa

We are seeking two highly skilled Senior / Group Accountants to join our dynamic finance team. These roles will play a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, strategic insight, and compliance across our operations. One position will focus on the Asset Company, while the other will support the Commercial Business.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage both entity-level and consolidated group management accounts.
Compile and present comprehensive management packs for board reporting.
Process and review monthly journals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct vendor and customer financial reviews.
Develop, maintain, and present accurate cash flow forecasts.
Oversee treasury management and related reporting.
Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Ensure full tax compliance across Southern African jurisdictions.
Manage the capitalisation and tracking of fixed assets.
Oversee SARB (South African Reserve Bank) compliance and reporting requirements.
Prepare and review annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations to maintain integrity of financial data.
Process invoices and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.

Systems Exposure

Microsoft Dynamics
Power BI
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
CaseWare (advantageous)

Qualifications

BCom Accounting or equivalent financial degree (essential)
Postgraduate qualification in Finance (advantageous)
Professional qualification (SAIPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred

Experience

Completed articles (SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA)
Minimum of 3 years’ post-article experience in a similar accounting or group reporting role
