JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an energetic and positive individual to join a well known Bank, hybrid work.

Responsible for client value management channel

Front line and below the line marketing

Onboard new product houses for own set of rails

Conduct post campaign analysis

Increase revenue

Obtain new opportunities

Deal with batches - extraction of data to be loaded weekly ('real time')

Compliance monitoring

Manage 3-4 Sales and Service Managers

Deal with data and efficiency issues

Deployments

Data interpretations, conclusions and offering advise

Keep team positive and motivated

Attend meetings most of the day, manage portfolio and attend to all emails

Drive the strategy and get a buy in

Handle difficult situations / expectations

Push team to reach target

Manage cross commercial - 0 - R 150 million bucket, segments, region campaigns

Must have:

Matric

Relevant degree

Come from the banking sector

No less than 3 - 5 years' operational sales, marketing, operations and management experience

Must have an excellent track record
