SUMMARY:
Ultra Luxurious Hotel set in the Cape Winelands is looking for a charismatic GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER (seasonal)

POSITION INFO:
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will form an integral part of their daily operations, ensuring every guest journey is seamless and extraordinary from start to finish. If you have a passion for providing top-notch guest service, this is the role for you.

Candidate requirements:

Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a 5* Hotel environment.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Front Desk role.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask with excellent time management.
Ability to work under pressure with strong admin skills.
Ability to take initiative and make judgment calls.
Ability to take the initiative and be a leader.
Must be flexible and willing to work shifts.
Best suited for candidates who reside in Stellenbosch or the surrounding areas
Own reliable transportation is essential
