JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has an opportunity available for a HA Key Account Manager.

Requirements:

BComm or a related diploma.
Accounting skills would be advantageous.
3 to 5 years’ experience in key accounts.
Knowledge of administration, sales and general warehouse procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of customer relations.
Ability to use database for recording and reporting.
Channel partner relationship knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies in line with company objectives.
Plan and execute to achieve business plans.
Develop a unique way to grow the business with your customers.
Assist with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure they are fully adhered to.
Ensure enough stock to the right staff to avoid LTI.
Ensure accurate forecasting and continuous improvement in line with sales pans.
Calculate weekly sell out forecasts to account and sell in requirements.
M+3 CPFR.
Work with inbound and outbound departments on stock availability and feedback on deliveries.
Manage budget controls and effectively solve problems.
Negotiate pricing that would drive sales with Product Managers.
Manage the relationship between the company and the customers.
Visit customers to maintain strong relationships and handle accounts.
Provide sales reports and analysis as required.
Analyze and report on results and the effectiveness on promotions.
