HEAD : INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND DATA MANAGEMENT

POSITION INFO:

• BSC Computer Studies, Engineering, or related degree.
• 10+ years’ relevant industry experience with a minimum of 3 - 5 years in a senior. managerial role with significant exposure to formal and informal leadership.
• Property industry (desirable) and technical skills and experience, with an ability to provide strategic and operational leadership to the company. 
• Relevant post-graduate business / financial degree (e.g. MBA) is an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, data administration and management processes.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
• A sound grasp of market and economic trends impacting the technology environment.
• Excellent understanding of financial management and the underlying drivers thereof.
• Comprehensive risk management skills.
• Change management skills.
• Strong people management skills.
• Able to make and act on decisions with limited information.
• Displays high levels of work ethic and maturity, with an ability to influence and negotiate win-win outcomes.
• Solution-focused, creative, and resourceful problem solver with high levels of energy and a strong “can do” attitude.
