SUMMARY:
HEAD : INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND DATA MANAGEMENT

POSITION INFO:

BSC Computer Studies, Engineering, or related degree.
10+ years’ relevant industry experience with a minimum of 3 - 5 years in a senior. managerial role with significant exposure to formal and informal leadership.
Property industry (desirable) and technical skills and experience, with an ability to provide strategic and operational leadership to the company.
Relevant post-graduate business / financial degree (e.g. MBA) is an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, data administration and management processes.
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
A sound grasp of market and economic trends impacting the technology environment.
Excellent understanding of financial management and the underlying drivers thereof.
Comprehensive risk management skills.
Change management skills.
Strong people management skills.
Able to make and act on decisions with limited information.
Displays high levels of work ethic and maturity, with an ability to influence and negotiate win-win outcomes.
Solution-focused, creative, and resourceful problem solver with high levels of energy and a strong “can do” attitude.
