SUMMARY:
A dynamic, hyper growth company is looking for smart, creative, hard-working person with integrity to join them as the Head of Operations.

POSITION INFO:

As Head of Operations you will develop, monitor, and refine KPIs for the operations team, oversee all operational activities and ensure they are aligned with the business’ objectives and requirements. You will be responsible for recruitment of staff, managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers, develop and maintain insights into industry trends and operational best practices of local and global industry counterparts.

Relevant Degree in business or engineering
Post graduate qualification in business is advantageous
5+ years work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management position
Management experience of several direct reports
Experience with managing a customer services function directly or at least some prior direct or indirect involvement in customer services operations
Previous food delivery business, online marketplace or ecommerce experience is advantageous
Demonstrated experience in the use of product and technology to solve business problems
