REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of growing sales revenue and scaling teams
• Demonstrated success managing and developing sales teams (±8 people)
• Strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, or marketplace environments
• Experience driving ecommerce or digital sales growth
• Hands-on leader who coaches, mentors, and motivates effectively
• Systems thinker who can build structure without slowing momentum
• Highly driven, commercially sharp, and results obsessed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Lead, coach, and develop a young, ambitious sales team
• Drive consistent revenue growth through strong sales strategy and execution
