SUMMARY:
We are seeking a senior Financial Manager to lead and control head office and group financial operations. The role focuses on financial governance, reporting, compliance, and strategic support, while managing teams, driving financial performance, and partnering with executive leadership to support growth, profitability, and continuous improvement across the group.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements / Qualifications:

BCom in Accounting / Financial or Management Accountancy
Registered with SAICA, CIMA or SAIPA
Postgraduate qualification (Honours / PGDA) required; Master’s advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ financial management experience, including at least 2 years in a people management role
Strong experience in group reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax, and IFRS
Proven ability to manage financial controls, risk, and compliance (including King Code)
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
