SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Hollowcore Site Installer/Foreman to lead the installation of precast hollowcore slabs on construction sites. The role involves coordinating a team, operating alongside crane installations, and ensuring all precast elements are accurately placed according to layout plans and structural requirements. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to manage both the technical and administrative aspects of a busy construction site.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
High level of numeracy and literacy.
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of the building/construction industry.
Valid work references.
Sober habits and strong work ethic.
