POSITION INFO:
An established investment company based in Johannesburg North is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to lead its human resources and payroll functions while supporting business growth through effective people management and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation, BCEA, LRA, POPIA, and other relevant regulations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and remuneration processes. Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters. Coordinate training and development initiatives across the business. Prepare HR and payroll reports, analytics, and management information. Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee wellness initiatives. Drive employee engagement and contribute to a positive company culture. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years' experience in HR Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and payroll practices.
