JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an HR Administrator who as an eye for detail, is able to multi-task, handle pressure and work independantly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Requirements:
  • Strong administration skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task
  • Preparing reports (on MS Word & MS Excel & MS Powerpoint) and presentations
  • General admin functions including, but not limited to, typing, printing, faxing, copying, binding documents, attending meetings, minute taking and email
  • Delivery-orientated and deadline-driven (we have exceptionally tight deadlines)
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) required
  • Professional interpersonal communication (written and verbal)
  • Able to function in a structured environment
  • Ability to build relationships across the business
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Able to work unsupervised and get the job done in a professional manner
  • Highly computer literate - MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Please note Excel and Word experience MUST be intermediate to Advanced, experience with Mail Merges and Excel Formulas is essential!!
  • Matric qualification
