SUMMARY:
Bilnor Staffing Solutions’ client in Boksburg is seeking an HR Officer to join their team.

**South African Citizens and those living in the area will be preferred**

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding and employment offer processes
Support and maintain BEE rating documentation and reporting
Coordinate skills development programmes and related administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support compliance with labour legislation and internal HR policies
Assist with general HR administration and employee queries

Job Requirements

Relevant HR Qualification
Experience with BEE ratings, onboarding, employment offers, and skills development programmes
Computer literate
