HR Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG/Manufacturing Industry is currently looking to employ an HR Administrator, based in Humansdorp, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: National Diploma in Human Resources, Finance, or Office Administration. Minimum 3+ years of data capturing or administrative experience. Proficient in SAGE 300 People system. Medical Aid Recon Experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong report writing and communication skills. Competent in all MS Office packages. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ERP systems will be advantageous. Prior experience in HR and\/or FMCG environments is advantageous. Responsibilities: Payroll Administration: Load new employees onto SAGE and verify accuracy of information before payroll deadlines. Process monthly payroll accurately and timeously. Prepare and distribute monthly payroll memos to relevant stakeholders. Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Capture and track unpaid leave and ensure appointments and terminations are accurately recorded on SAGE. Generate payslip and salary reports for non-bargaining unit employees and salary adjustments. Leave and Benefits Administration: Maintain and update employee leave records, including annual and negative leave balances. Generate and provide leave balance reports to managers upon request. Compile monthly medical aid reconciliation reports and update related spreadsheets on SharePoint. Manage applications, registrations, changes, and terminations for medical aid records. Reporting and Compliance: Draw and submit monthly payroll reports, salary updates, and related HR data reports. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. General HR Administration: Support the HR team with general administrative tasks as required. Maintain organized and up-to-date HR documentation and records. Assist in improving and maintaining efficient HR administrative processes.
