SUMMARY:
HR Administrator: Payroll

POSITION INFO:

Payroll input for 2 companies (includes input, SARS, benefits provident, medical).
Benefits – understanding of pension/provident fund benefits and how it works to onboard or terminate these
Skills – has done WSP/ATR before and submitted to SETA on their own and has captured skills information for training on an HR system before
Electronic HR Systems – has worked on a system and understands the importance of data accuracy and timely input and is able to pull reports from there
Employment law and policies – within the scope of work at a minimum – but BCEA and LRA as it relates to leave, sick leave
Communication and stakeholder engagement and management – they have various providers for benefits and then the employees
Reports – payroll, skills related and any other ad hoc reports
Record keeping.
