HR Assistant Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our client's dynamic team! What we offer : - Excellent salary: R300,000 - R450,000 annually - Pretoria head office location - Diverse role with growth opportunities Primary Focus : - B.E.E. File Compilation and Coordination (Main responsibility) - Comprehensive HR support across all departments Key Responsibilities : - Handle employee grievances and disputes - Foster positive work environment initiatives - Support managers with conflict resolution - Maintain accurate employee records - Assist with performance goals and KPI setting - Ensure labour law and policy compliance - Support payroll processing and leave tracking - Compile detailed HR reports - Update HR policies and procedures - Organize filing systems (PA duties) - Assist with general head office duties as needed Essential Qualifications : - Bachelor''s degree preferred (B.Com specifically advantageous) - General HR experience required - B.E.E related experience is ESSENTIAL - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure (especially month-end) - Microsoft Office suite proficiency - AI-related skills highly advantageous Ready to make your mark in HR?
