SUMMARY:
Our client has a national footprint that specializes in the innovative operations and management of boiler plants on behalf of Industrial clients are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support the human resources team in managing day-to-day HR operations.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Grade 12.

• Tertiary qualification would be an advantage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in HR software or tools is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and support HR initiatives.

Experience:

• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies.

• Support personnel management, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.

• Assist with employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth administration and communication.

• Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.

• Collaborate with HR management to support workplace initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) or HR Management.

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits administration.

• Skills in personnel management and general HR administrative tasks.
