POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: A well-established organisation is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team. This role will partner with management and employees to deliver effective HR solutions, support business objectives and ensure sound HR practices across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational HR support to management and employees. Manage and oversee HR processes, controls, systems and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation and audit requirements. Partner with management on organisational development and change initiatives. Support employee well-being and engagement initiatives. Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training interventions. Support recruitment, selection, workforce planning and talent retention initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to support retention strategies. Provide guidance and support on labour relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and appeal processes. Represent the organisation at CCMA matters where required. Support Employment Equity, diversity and transformation initiatives. Assist managers with performance management, KPIs and scorecards. Provide input on remuneration, grading and pay-scale matters. Prepare and interpret HR reports, metrics and analytics. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. 10 - 15 years' operational HR experience. Broad HR experience across multiple HR disciplines. Experience working with HR systems and databases. Strong understanding of HR metrics and reporting. In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices. Apply now!
