SUMMARY:
HRBP - Midrand - Temp position (6 - 8 months Maternity Leave cover)

POSITION INFO:
Temporary position available for a strong HR generalist with excellent payroll experience.

Position will be based in Midrand

Duration of this temp position will be approx 6 - 8 months (maternity cover)

The position will be responsible for the following:-

Recruitment
Policies & Procedures
Performance Management
Talent Development
Various HR Projects
Compensation and Benefits
Local Legal Reporting

8. Payroll

Payroll input, reporting, handling of queries, sign off of payroll and submission of Bank Files for payment
Process of payments to service providers
Reporting on Payroll to finance
Payroll Recons
Submission of pension and medical aid terminations and applications

9. Data Integrity
10. Employee Relations
