JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Consumer Product Manufacturing industry, has an EE opportunity available for an HR Business Partner to be based in the Durban area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

HR Degree Qualification
Honours Degree preferred
8 Years’ Experience in HR with at least 2 years’ experience as a HRBP
Working knowledge of all HR disciplines

KPAs:

Provides guidance and input on organisational design workforce planning and succession planning
Contributes to HR policy to be signed off by HRD
Manages and resolves employee relations issues, supports and / or conducts investigations in sensitive cases.
Identifies recruitment needs, assists management in defining the role objectives and aligns to business objectives, strategic plans
Ensures that EE target hiring is met through all aspects of the process
Drive talent management processes (performance review, setting objectives, development plans) through coaching / training of managers – providing business support and ensuring quality outcomes
Drive performance management
Drive employee engagement through supporting teams and managers in engagement survey related process
