HR Business Partner for FMCG company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Next-step opportunity for HR professional. Our client who is a market leader in South Africa’s food industry, is looking for a HR Business Partner to head their HR department at one of their facilities on the West Coast. You will lead and guide the business in all HR matters including recruitment, training, IR & ER, Performance management, EE and general management of Human Resources.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in HR
5 Years’ experience in HR Generalist role
3 Years’ experience in IR & ER
Hands-on knowledge in relevant legislation i.e: LRS, OHSA, SDA, BCEA etc.
Willing to reside in the West Coast region of the Western Cape
Driver’s license and own transport
