JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this role is to achieve the business strategy and objectives in partnership with Operations Management team and provide first line management and employees across the company with seamless end-to-end operational HR support.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years relevant industry HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in a generalist or business partner role or similar.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked previously in a Financial Services/Asset Management environment and has knowledge of SA and UK employment legislation.

A comprehensive understanding of HR theory, principles and processes and its tactical application in a work environment.

- HR theoretical knowledge and understanding and interpretation of applicable legislation.
