JOB SUMMARY:
HRBP with tertiary HR qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience specific to the Financial Services Industry, required to provide a value-added HR service to both management and employees of this Distribution Wealth Business Unit, based in Bellville, Cape Town.

HRBP with tertiary HR qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience specific to the Financial Services Industry, required to provide a value-added HR service to both management and employees of this Distribution Wealth Business Unit, based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements

ND/Degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology required
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an HRBP role required – specific to the Financial Services Industry
Knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSA required

Responsibilities:

Provide on-going HR support and business partnering
Align Group HR requirements with the business unit
Implement HR projects designed for the business unit
Provide recruitment and selection support on all levels
Provide employee relations support for the business unit
Provide HR consultation on all HR business partnering components, including retention management
