In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR functional teams, managing and optimizing HR processes to foster a high-performing and people-focused organization.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Lagos State, Nigeria
Sector: Trading/distribution

Key Focus Areas:

Compliance and driving best HR practices
L&D:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders
Talent Management:
- Oversee the TA function and driving retention strategies
ER:
- Focus on fostering positive employee relations, and driving engagement across the organization
PM:
- Drive the overall performance management process

Key Skills & Requirements:

Education:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in the HR discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian employment laws.
- Proven track record as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Industry Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in the trading/distribution sector is highly preferred.
