HR Business Partner (3 month Fixed Term Contract)

Market Related Salary

Cape Town

A Sports Union is seeking a HR Advisor in the Human Resources Department based in Cape Town for a 3 month contract opportunity.

Educational Background

3 year Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (HR Diploma, HR Degree or Degree in Social Science)

Experience (years and nature)

At least 5 to 8 years’ experience as an HR Generalist/HR Manager

Skills Development facilitator (Desirable)

Key important functions and competencies required:

Candidate will ensure submission of BBB-EE, WSP and Employment Equity reports are completed and submitted timeously
Recruitment and selection
Review monthly payroll input to ensure that there are no errors on transactions processed
In consultation with line managers, follow up individual development needs and source external training provision as and when required
Manage, coordinate and facilitate training and liaise with SETA
Provide in-house and or individual training to staff when required on payroll, performance management, procedures and policies

Must be able to start on 1 October 2022
