We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join one of the Top 4 banks in Cape Town on a 1-year contract, to start 5 August 2022

Recruitment

Job design

Involved with wellness programmes

Employee engagement coordination

Facilitation and implementation of industrial relations processes

HR reporting - dashboard via Power BI

Succession planning

Staff training and development initiatives

Maintain employee records

HR policies and procedures input

Must have a Matric and relevant Degree

2 - 4 years' HR Generalist experience from a bank

Willing to go into the office twice a week

Power BI skills - advantage

Excellent organisational skills

Well versed on HR legislation and BCEA

Excellent English communication

Proven track record

Clear ITC (credit record), criminal and fraud, contactable references
