Lead, manage and be accountable for the full HR Function of the Construction Group

POSITION INFO:

HR Director (Sandton)

BEE position

Previous experience in a Senior Management/director position

Preferably come out of Construction/civils/EPC/SMPP company

Lead, manage and be accountable for the full HR of the Group

University Degree in HR/Organizational Development of similar

A least 10 years’ experience at a Senior Management level

Strong South African and regional (Southern Africa) employment legislation knowledge
