SUMMARY:
Location: Montague Gardens Employment Type: Permanent (Half Day or Full Day)

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
Support management with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture
Ensure alignment with labour legislation and industry standards

Requirements:

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent qualification(s) in Human Resources or related area
Fully computer literate (including ability to create and present presentations / training sessions / workshops)
Flexible with working hours
Own Vehicle & Valid Driver’s License

Proven experience as an HR Generalist (preferably within energy, engineering, or technical industries)
Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
