SUMMARY:

Purpose of the job:
To oversee and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance reporting, and strategic planning to support the organization's goals and foster a positive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies and responsibilities

1. At least 3-5 years’ experience in generalist HR, HRBP, senior HR officer, or related roles.
2. In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
3. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and objectives.
4. Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving workplace disputes and conflicts, fostering positive employee relations and a harmonious work environment.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) / Annual Training Report (ATR) for SETA
7. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
