JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an HR Generalist for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with HR qualification
5+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist (retail experience advantageous)
Sound experience in IR and Recruitment / Selection
Effective English communication and writing skills
Must have experience representing employers in arbitrations at CCMA
Valid Code 8 driving license and wiling to travel
Valid passport
Willing to undergo psychometric assessment if shortlisted

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Represent the company at CCMA
Recruitment & selection of branch staff
Compilation of HR management information
Interface with payroll to collect monthly report information
Consulting with management line and staff regarding HR issues for more than 30 branches

Salary: R26 000.00 – R32 000.00 pm + Medical (main member only), Provident, Company Car
