POSITION INFO:
Our client within the Retail sector is seeking a HRBP / HR Generalist to join their team in the Nelspruit region. This will be a permanent opportunity and will focus on HR Processes, Compliance and People Management.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
- Managing HR processes including payroll, leave, benefits, and performance reporting.
- Supporting compliance in OHS, EE, and HR policies.
- Advising managers and staff on HR-related issues.
- Participating in workforce planning and organisational development.
- Driving employee relations and supporting IR matters.
- Preparing HR reports, analysing trends, and making recommendations.
Minimum Requirements & Experience
- Grade 12 with an Associate BA degree In HR or related field
- At least 3 years experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR Systems and applications
- Solid understanding of BCEA and OHS
