HR Generalist

Port Elizabeth

The HR Generalist is responsible for working within the operation to help shape and influence the People Agenda, by partnering with business.

The HR Generalist works proactively with Operations Managers and employees and fellow HR Consultants to ensure HC is delivered fairly and consistently to a high-quality standard whilst ensuring statutory and legislative compliance.

Responsibilities:

Full HR function
Business Partnering
Disciplinary process
Onboarding and Induction
Employee Engagement
Work closely with the recruitment teams

Skills and Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Human resources or any relevant tertiary qualification
2- 4 years of HR experience
Independent Worker
Previous Contact Centre/BPO experience highly advantageous.
