POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• HR Degree / Diploma 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in human resource management
• Development of job profiles and specifications
• Delivering on recruitment requirements 
• Ensuring all new employees are scheduled for induction 
• Conduct exit interviews 
• Providing advice to line management on issues pertaining to the employment relationship
• Rolling out HR initiatives as required. - Providing advice to all staff on all issues.
• Manage the entire payroll function - 200 - 300 staff
• Calculate, reconcile and deposit payments for PAYE, ETI, UIF, and SDL - Extract payroll reports 
• Analyze salary structures and advise accordingly upon the appointment of individuals
• Industrial and Employee Relations
• Advising on, and implementing disciplinary processes as required and in accordance with the law and counselling sessions with staff 
• Advising and assisting in implementing action to reduce unnecessary absenteeism and disciplinary action
• Representing the company at the CCMA
• Compliance with the Employment Equity Act and the company’s Employment Equity Plan
• Training - Ensure that the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) are submitted timeously. 
• Performance Management - Creating and implementing the entire performance management system 
• Complete sign-on documentation - Facilitate, advise and approve loan applications - Facilitate disability retirements and death claims - Injury on Duty - Facilitate retirements - Monitor payroll - Manage queries - Health and safety administration
