POSITION INFO:

- Our client is currently seeking for a fresh and dynamic HR Manager that’s looking to grow and test their
  
  own performance boundaries in an equally smart, fresh and dynamic fast-growing company.
  
  You will take responsibility for the entire HR function and create and/or guide and enhance policies as the business grows
  
  into itself.
  
  The following duties are in an order of priority:
  - Culture – champion the business culture and ensure that they are always moving in the right direction
  - Employee Relations – day to day responsibility to create, design, enhance policies for the business and teach and guide an ER-inexperienced line management structure on best practice and create solid HR management practices
  - Recruitment – experience in dealing with a wide range of profiles preferable
  - Payroll – Manage payroll process (interact with group payroll service)
  - BBBEE – submission of all regulated and required plans and reports
  - CCMA and Disciplinary support and representation as required
  - Promote general staff well-being and “connectedness”.
  - Implement and maintain activities such as newsletters etc
  - Other projects that will come up from time to time
  Minimum requirements
  - 5 years or more in a relevant or equivalent role
  - You must have experience in both employee relations as well as policy making.
  - Degree or Diploma in HR Management Practices (or equivalent)
  - Valid Driver’s license (code 08)
  - No criminal record
