HR MANAGER

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

• • Our client is currently seeking for a fresh and dynamic HR Manager that’s looking to grow and test their

    own performance boundaries in an equally smart, fresh and dynamic fast-growing company.

    You will take responsibility for the entire HR function and create and/or guide and enhance policies as the business grows

    into itself.

    The following duties are in an order of priority:

    • Culture – champion the business culture and ensure that they are always moving in the right direction
    • Employee Relations – day to day responsibility to create, design, enhance policies for the business and teach and guide an ER-inexperienced line management structure on best practice and create solid HR management practices
    • Recruitment – experience in dealing with a wide range of profiles preferable
    • Payroll – Manage payroll process (interact with group payroll service)
    • BBBEE – submission of all regulated and required plans and reports
    • CCMA and Disciplinary support and representation as required
    • Promote general staff well-being and “connectedness”.
    • Implement and maintain activities such as newsletters etc
    • Other projects that will come up from time to time
    •  

    Minimum requirements

    • 5 years or more in a relevant or equivalent role
    • You must have experience in both employee relations as well as policy making.
    • Degree or Diploma in HR Management Practices (or equivalent)
    • Valid Driver’s license (code 08)
    • No criminal record
