JOB SUMMARY:
Providing full HR generalist managerial support to the business operation, covering the full HR life-cycle. An experienced and competent HR Manager who is not afraid to be hands on.

Ability to see the bigger picture and align HR function with group strategy.
Manage, support and upskill HR team and staff.
Co-ordinate and be involved in adhoc HR and / and / or group projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS

Appropriate Degree or National Diploma in HR
Certified in the fields of Skills Development Facilitation, IR Management, Employment Equity.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 10 years Human Resources experience
Experience of managing a HR Team.Experience in administering payroll.
M&A integration experience would be an advantage.
Experience in engaging with Shop Stewards, Unions and Bargaining Councils.
Project management experience would be an advantage
