Our client in Cape Town CBD requires your experience in managing staff rosters, problem-solving short staffed or attendance issues.

Work structure: 6-hour workday, Mon - Fri. Two days starting @ 12:00 | Three days starting @ 07:00
After-hours availability for staff communication.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Matric, or related qualification Qualification in Human Resources advantageous 3 - 5 years of experience in a Human Resources position Computer literacy and proficiency in Google Suite \/ Google Sheets Experience managing a Time and Attendance system Experience with payroll inputs and attendance reporting People focused approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong administrative and record-keeping skills Calm, professional, and able to bring structure to a busy environment DUTIES Time and Attendance Management Manage and maintain the time and attendance system Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, lateness, and overtime Ensure accurate recording of working hours and leave Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies Prepare attendance reports for management and payroll Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation Support managers with attendance-related queries and disciplinary processes Human Resources Management Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Manage leave administration, contracts, and employee benefits Support performance management and employee development initiatives Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations matters and assist with disciplinary and grievance processes Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
